Yes. We assist with the Sugam Darshan and aarti tickets issued by the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust, and our staff guides you to the correct gate. Availability is controlled entirely by the temple trust, so we ask for your dates as early as possible and never promise a slot we cannot confirm.

October to March is the most comfortable, with pleasant days and clear mornings for boat rides. Dev Deepawali (November) and Mahashivratri are spectacular but extremely crowded, so book two to three months ahead. April to June is very hot, and during the monsoon the boat rides are sometimes suspended when the river is high.

Yes. We use licensed boatmen, provide life jackets, and choose ghats with easier steps for anyone who has difficulty walking. Tell us in advance and we will arrange a boarding point with a gentler descent, plus help at the steps.
